Setup
Here we have outlined the process of setting up the loader app on an Android and IOS device.
To add the Loader App to your Fast-Weigh subscription, contact us at 865-219-2980 or support@tacinsight.com.
Android Install
To install the loader app on your Android device you will need to open the web browser on your phone and enter loader.fast-weigh.app into the search bar at the top.
Once you hit Enter you will be taken to the Loader app user interface where you will see instructions on how to download the app onto your device.
Tap the three dots icon in the top right of your browser and find "Install app".
You may have to scroll in the three dots menu to find "Install app" but typically it should be visible without needing to scroll. Once you have tapped "Install app" you will see the following prompt:
Once you get this prompt, tap "Install" to add the Loader app to your device. If this does not automatically place the Loader app icon on the home screen of your device, check your apps drawer for the icon.
Once you have your Loader app icon located and you tap on it you will be brought to the Loader app UI which will look the similar to the web page, without the search bar at the top.
The yellow box can be disregarded at this point as the app has been successfully downloaded onto the device already. Now you will need to create a Sync Config for your Loader App. We recommended naming the sync config "Location - Loader" or something equivalent that indicates it is the sync config for the loader app.

iOS Install
The process for installing on an iOS device is the same as installing on an Android device. You will first need to navigate to loader.fast-weigh.app in your web browser.
Once you are at the Loader app UI follow the instructions in the yellow box to install the Loader App on your device.
You may need to scroll to find the "Add to Home Screen" option, but typically it should be visible without needing to scroll. Once you tap "Add to Home Screen" you will get the below pop-up:
Here you can change the app's name on the home screen, though we recommend leaving it as FW Loader. Simply click "Add" and you will see the icon appear on your device's home screen.
