# Does the web portal adjust based on Time Zones?

**Yes**. Our Database uses UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) to store times. This allows the Web Portal and Reports to display the local timezone of the Web Portal user. The main exception to this is that the archived PDF of tickets will always show the timezone they were printed in.
