# Does every customer need an order?

{% hint style="success" %}
Since the new addition of Orderless ticketing, Customers no longer require an Order to print a ticket and invoice.
{% endhint %}

**No**, while Orders in Fast-Weigh are directly associated with a single customer, Orderless tickets can be created for that customer. No Order required.

{% hint style="danger" %}
*If you are not setup for **Orderless Ticketing** please contact the Fast-Weigh Support team by phone at 865-219-2980 or* [*support@tacinsight.com*](mailto:) *for assistance.*

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://help.tacinsight.com/fast-weigh-knowledge-base/faqs-and-best-practices/frequently-asked-questions/does-every-customer-need-an-order.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
