# Creating a New Yard

Fastweigh has a 3-tier operating location structure:  Regions, Locations, and Yards. This allows flexibility for companies of all sizes to manage their production.

### Navigate to \[ Resources > Locations ]

### Fill out Required Fields

The minimum required fields to add a new yard are **Name** and **Description**
