Unsynced Records require assistance from our support team to resolve. Please contact us by calling 865-219-2980 or emailing support@tacinsight.com. Our support hours are 8 am - 5 pm Eastern, Monday - Friday, if you need assistance outside of these hours you can leave a voicemail or email us and we will do our best to reach out as soon as possible.
