# Creating a New Region

Fastweigh has a 3-tier operating location structure:  Regions, Locations, and Yards. This allows flexibility for companies of all sizes to manage their production.

## How to Create a New Region

### Navigate to \[ Resources > Locations ]

### Click \[ + New Region ]

### Fill out Required Fields

The minimum required fields to add a new region are **Name** and **Description**
