# Creating Statements
## Generating a Customer Statement
1. Navigate to "**Billing**" > "**Balance Dashboard**"
2. Select the **Region** and **Customer**, then click **\[Refresh]**
3. Click the **\[Statement]** button to generate a statement with the customer's current balance
