Troubleshooting
If the printer shows it is in Bluetooth mode, but it is not printing (Android)
Press and hold the power and the feed buttons together until the printer prints out the current settings.
If the Port is not Bluetooth(Mac), press and hold the power and feed buttons again until the LCD screen shows “Setup Mode”.
Click the power button to cycle through the port settings until it shows Bluetooth(Mac).
Press and hold the power and the feed buttons again until the new settings are printed (about 5 seconds).
You may have to release buttons for settings to print.
Try printing a ticket.
If this does not work, try updating the emulation mode
Make sure the printer is on and open the paper cover. Do not close the cover!
Press and hold the power and feed button and continue holding until the ERROR light flashes 5 times.
Release the buttons and close the cover.
The new EMU mode should print out. It should be set to StartPRNT and NOT ESC/POS.
If Memory SM prints, you held the buttons too long and need to retry. This resets the printer to factory settings, so be careful!
Restart the printer by holding the power button to turn it off, then hold the power button to turn it on.
Try printing a ticket.
