# X400 Web Relay

The following guide covers direct configuration of the X400 and its expansion modules.&#x20;

## Networking Settings

X400 Default IP Address: 192.168.1.2&#x20;

Directly connect your PC to the X400 and configure your Network Adapter to be on 192.168.1.1 gateway.&#x20;

Open a web browser and enter "192.168.1.2/setup.html" in your address bar.

Default Username: admin

Default Password: webrelay

General Settings > Network Settings

Configure network settings to be compatible with local network that is running the Fast-Weigh Ticketing Application. If you are unsure of the settings required for your network, contact your network administrator / IT Department.

Enter "\*" in the CORS Origin Field. (wildcard character)

Enable Remote Services

Set Certificate Request Method to "Certificate Request Token"

Certificate Request Token: *provided by request*

## Devices

Go To Devices and Click Find Devices

A list should populate of all connected modules. If you do not see all modules, confirm that the ribbon cable connecting the x400 to the expansion modules is firmly connected.&#x20;

Click Add Device&#x20;

Name Device (EG: "DI 11 though 18" meaning Digital Input 1.1 through 1.8)

Click Save Changes

## I/O Setup

Start with module closest to X400, confirm that labeled wires are going to "1.1". Names and Input Numbers will be based on referencing onsite schematics. Number of modules and order of wiring may vary between locations.&#x20;

### Digital Inputs

Digital Inputs read a digital signal from an exeternal source. Safty features and Inventory are both Digital Inputs

Click "Add Expansion Digital Inputs +" &#x20;

Rename each Digital Input based on the schematics.

There are two types of Digital Inputs. On/Off and Counter

#### On/Off Digital Inputs

On/Off inputs are used for: Truck in Place, High Inventory, Software Saftey Buttons Etc.

On/Off Digital inputs will use the default settings, only requiring they be renamed to match the schematics

#### Counter Digital Inputs

Change Mode to "Counter"

Change Decimal Places to "0"

Rename Digital Input Name

### Relays

Relays allow Fast-Weigh to send commands to external equipment such as Silo Gates, Warning Lights or Horns

Relays should use all default settings, only requiring they be renamed to match schematics

### Monitor & Control

Go to control page setup
