Tickets

Ticket Query:

The Ticket Query is where you can see all of your tickets. You can use any of the filters at the top of the ticket query table to narrow down the tickets you would like to see.
Similar to the Home Screen, if you are set to All Regions, you have the ability to select a particular region you would like to see tickets for. If you are region-bound, you can not adjust the Region, Location, or Yard filter.
You are able to download any or all of the tickets in the table by clicking the
button in the Archived column to print an individual ticket, or the
button in the top right of the table to download all tickets in the table. The ETicket column is typically used in case any edits to the tickets needed to be made after the ticket was originally ran, as the ETicket will show the edited information. To download the ETicket click the
button in the ETicket column. Archived tickets will always show the original ticket information.
You may also drag any column header to the top of the table to group by that column header. See below example where the tickets are being grouped by Ticket Date:

Lastly, you can download an excel file of all the of the ticket information in the table by clicking the
button in the top right of the table. This will include the column headers, and will allow you to sort each header.
Delivery Query
Delivery Query is part of our Proof of Delivery module and will only be available if the company you are hauling for has this module enabled. Otherwise, you can skip this portion.
