Page Overview

The Defaults page displays the active default values set for UDFs, and Ticket Note defaults in the ticketing app. These default values can be set when ticketing on a Lane and inputting a value in the corresponding field. The Defaults page allows you to view and delete these defaults.

Field	Description
Field	The name of the Field
Effective Date	The date the default was set
Default Value	The default's value
Default By	At what level the default will be applied on All / Order / Product / Truck
