Resubmitting HaulHub Tickets

Orders that are marked as Certified in Fastweigh will have their tickets submitted to HaulHub when the integration is enabled. In some cases, previously created tickets may need to be submitted to HaulHub from an order that was not originally marked with the Certified box checked. This can either be done by updating a field on the ticket when editing a ticket in the Ticket Query, or tickets can be manually resent within the Webhooks dashboard, either individually or in bulk.

Before a ticket can be sent or resent to HaulHub, you will need to verify that the Certified box is checked on the order. You can toggle this option when editing an order, found just below the Job field.

How do I know a ticket has not been received by HaulHub?

Updating Tickets in the Ticket Query

The first method to resend a ticket to Haulhub is to edit a field on the ticket. This can be done by updating a value or by entering a note when editing a specific ticket to trigger the "updated" tag in HaulHub. This note or the required Revision Note can be as descriptive as needed.
