# Edit via Ticket Query

### Navigate to \[ Tickets > Ticket Query ]

### Search for ticket via drop-down menus or ticket number

### Click \[ ✎ ] icon in the Edit column

Make any necessary changes to the ticket and leave a **Revision Note**
