Can I create tickets without an Order?

Yes, tickets can be created without an Order.

Orderless Ticket Setup

Uncheck Require Order

Customers by default have [ Require Order ] checked. To do Orderless Ticketing on a customer, you must have this setting disabled.

Set Product Pricing

In [ Resources > Products > Products & Pricing ], set the price for the product you want to do Orderless Ticketing on under the Pricing Template that is assigned to the customer.

Set Extra Pricing ( optional )

Once the product's pricing has been set, you can click [ More ] to set additional pricing that the ticket will use when ticketing without an Order.

Portal Ticket Entry

To create an Orderless Ticket via the Portal's Ticket Entry, you can select the appropriate customer then set the [ Order ] to [ None ]

After setting the Order to None, Location and Yard dropdowns will appear which will need to be filled out, after which ticketing is the same.

New Ticketing App

To create an Orderless Ticket via the New Ticketing App, simply select the appropriate Customer, skip selecting an Order, and select the product.
