# Reporting

Reports are available through our Reporting Portal. This can be accessed by hovering over the ***Reporting*** tab, and then selecting the *Reports - New tab* menu. Since the Reporting Portal is separate from the primary Web Portal, this will open in a new browser tab at the top of your screen.

This article will cover the types of reports available to provide key information related to your company. If additional information is needed that is not available on the provided reports, please reach out to the contact at your merchant. ## Reports

The following are the available reports and some examples of when you may need them:<br>

* ***Inventory Inbound-Outbound:*** Your companies totally affect on your merchants product inventory per location.
  * Orders in Fast-Weigh are set with a "Direction" to indicate incoming material and outgoing material. If your company both *provides materials to* and *acquires materials from* your merchant, this report will will display that difference in totals.
* ***Invoice Summary:*** A summary report for your invoiced tickets.
  * This report can be selected to display invoices in different statuses, or provide a summary based on the ticketed products. For a more detailed review of your invoices, please use the [Invoices](https://help.tacinsight.com/fast-weigh-knowledge-base/external-users/customers/invoices) menu.
* ***Order Listing:*** A list of your companies orders available from your merchant, including the date the order was created, and the last time it was selected during ticketing.
  * You may need to adjust your parameters and *Hauled Since* date to include all of your orders, or refer to the *Status* column on the report if you have selected *Active, Inactive,* and *Closed* in your parameters.
* ***Order Quantity Progress:*** Displays the fulfillment quantities and progress of your orders.
  * Your merchant may have set a desired order quantity or estimated load volume, for example, either based on a requested amount or to control their available inventory. This report will provide the remaining and delivered quantities per order and product, if applied.
* ***Product Usage:*** Provides a summary of the total quantities ticketed during the defined date range and selected parameters.
  * This report may be helpful in determining the total product volume your company has ticketed from your merchant.
* ***Ticket Detail:*** A brief review of your tickets during the selected date range and parameters.
  * This report provides a quick view of the most relevant information for each ticket. For a full detailed review of your tickets, it is best to use the [Ticket Query](https://help.tacinsight.com/fast-weigh-knowledge-base/external-users/customers/tickets#ticket-query).
* ***Ticket Reprint:*** Allows you to reprint copies of your tickets.
  * Your merchant may be using a custom ticket format. The ticket formats available in this report are our a few of our default ticket formats, and will not include any custom requested or coded information found on your merchants tickets.
* ***Ticket Summary:*** A summery report on your tickets based on the Ticket Date or Order
  * In some cases, your merchant may have a *standing* order as well as "one-off" orders, such as orders with set order quantities. This summary report can be helpful to identify the amount of tickets created during a period of time, or frequency of a certain order.&#x20;

### Exporting, Printing, and Emailing Reports

When you have completed your report, you can select these options across the header bar to export, print, or email your reports.

**Exporting** your reports is available in a variety of formats that can be saved, printed, or sent as an attachment from an external mailing service.

**Emailing** will also provide the same file type selector, and allows you to draft an email with the report included directly from the Reporting Portal. This email will reach your recipients from a @donotreply Fast-Weigh address.
